FINANCIAL POLICIES AND PAYMENT FOR TRAINING
The cadets are fully covered financially by the Academy. Nevertheless, the distribution of funds intended for purchases, the repair and upgrading of military training equipment, as well as the purchase of arms and equipment for each cadet, is directly related to his academic performance. The better you learn, the more willing the Academy is to allocate a budget to you.
VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS OF CADETS
Trainees also have the right to use their own finances. To do this, a special-purpose contribution must be made into the Academy's budget. This contribution can only be used for teaching aids and nothing else.
So that the cadets better understand the economic element of the Corps’ service, the Academy introduced a system of internal currency that is not in circulation outside its walls. After the completion of training, every graduate understands that service for the benefit of mankind is costly, and not only to mankind, but also to its servants.
