Any civilian who has reached the age of social responsibility has the right to become a student of the Academy. Persons who have committed a crime are given amnesty upon admission, with a note in their personal file that annuls it, once honorable service has been conducted. Similarly, upon admission, any benefits, welfare benefits, public merits and primary school certificates of merit for spelling are revoked. We are equals.
The cadets all have the same rights and duties. To enforce this, they are monitored by the Academy's Tribunal. In the case of repeated or exceptionally gross violation of the regulations, the cadet will be expelled from the Academy, have his name stricken from the roles, and a military career will remain closed him forevermore.
In the case of a cadet wishing to voluntarily terminate training for valid reasons, he has the right to subsequently be reinstated in the Academy, retaining all former training results.
